Terms and Conditions for Quick Flick Events
Welcome to Quick Flick Events, a mobile car and cocktail catering service. These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of our services.
1. General
By using our services, you agree to comply with these terms and conditions. If you do not agree to these terms and conditions, you may not use our services.
2. Payment
We require a deposit of 50% of the total cost of the services to secure your booking. The remaining balance is due 14 days before the event date. Payment can be made by credit card or bank transfer.
3. Cancellation
If you need to cancel your booking, please notify us as soon as possible. Deposits are non-refundable, but we may refund the balance of any payments made if we are able to fill the vacancy caused by the cancellation.
4. Changes to the Booking
If you need to make changes to your booking, please notify us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your changes, but we cannot guarantee availability.
5. Liability
We take all reasonable steps to ensure the safety of our staff and customers, but we cannot be held liable for any injury, loss, or damage that may occur as a result of using our services.
6. Alcohol Consumption
When serving alcohol, it is our responsibility to do so safely and we take this responsibly seriously. We reserve the right to refuse service to any individual who is intoxicated or behaving inappropriately.
7. Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the state in which we are registered.
8. Changes to these Terms and Conditions
We reserve the right to update these terms and conditions at any time. The updated terms and conditions will be posted on our website, and your continued use of our services after any changes to the terms and conditions will constitute your acceptance of the changes.
